Job Summary
You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Resources and Budget Department (N4) and Funds Administration Division (N42) of NAVOCEANO BAY ST LOUIS.
Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience preparing, reviewing, and assisting in the development of reports to higher headquarters regarding Financial Improvement Audit Readiness Program (FIAR) compliance based on established guidance and standards. Experience analyzing budgetary and proprietary account balances to include identifying and correcting abnormal balances. Experience formulating budget and estimates to support plans, programs, and activities and presenting and defending budget estimates before authorities. Experience reviewing and evaluating budget requests, controlling and reporting of obligations and expenditures. Experience managing, allocating and monitoring financial resources in compliance with laws, regulations, and policies, with sufficient transparency and appropriate internal controls to ensure these resources are efficiently applied to meet organizational goals and objectives.
