Job Summary
You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the EXECUTIVE DIR/COS of COMMANDER US FLEET FORCES COMMAND.
Job Description
To qualify for a GS-13, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience performing and/or advising on work in any of the phases or systems of budget administration for civilian budgets. Experience formulating budgets and estimates to support plans, programs, and activities required to formulate and submit civilian budgets Experience implementing legal and regulatory controls over approved budgets. Experience interpreting new/revised Congressional legislation in order to project the potential impact to the command's budget. Experience applying financial policies set forth by DOD such as the Operations and Maintenance Navy (O&MN) and Operations and Maintenance Navy Reserves (O&MNR) Appropriation Finance Law.
