Job Summary

You will serve as an INTERDISCIPLINARY COMMUNITY PLANNER/ARCHITECT in the Navy Installation Public Works Department (PWD) of NAS OCEANA.

Job Description

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing a wide range of community, facilities, and master planning services (e.g., preparation and administration of land use studies, sector plan studies, urban design evaluations, economic analysis of development projects, analysis of maintenance and repair projects, management of associated community planning processes) to support the current and future needs of an installation.
