Job Summary
You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (MIL/INFORMATION SYSTEMS) in the CAREER MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT (PERS-4) of NAVY PERSONNEL COMMAND.
Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing requirements for Assignment and Distribution Applications that meet business needs; 2) Performing standardized analytical and evaluative methods and techniques in order to troubleshoot system transition errors; 3) Maintain data needs to meet functional requirements; and 4) Modifying automated information system plans to respond to changes in the organizations business requirements and processes.
