Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Leading or overseeing Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution activities, including development of POM, Budget Estimate Submissions, and narrative justification materials aligned to organizational strategic priorities; 2) Managing current-year funds execution, including monitoring obligations and expenditures, analyzing variances, identifying underruns/shortfalls, and developing corrective actions; 3) Implementing and enforcing internal controls and audit readiness standards, such as oversight of Risk Management Internal Control Program (RMIC) processes and other controls necessary for accurate, timely, and fully supported financial reporting; 4)Developing and presenting strategic resource recommendations, trade-off analyses, and courses of action to senior leaders.
