Job Summary
You will serve as a SENIOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER in the Planning, Design and Construction Directorate of NAVFAC OSF.
Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing construction management/engineering technology guidance and technical oversight on a wide-range of complex facility and infrastructure requirements and planning projects, particularly concerning construction management software; 2) Analyzing and interpreting policies, regulations, and processes to support facility and infrastructure requirements, solutions, and projects; 3) Tracking the development, delivery, workload forecasting, and resource allocation to support program and product delivery; 4) Performing advanced tasks in programs such as eContracts, electronic Construction and Facilities Support Contract Management Software (eCMS), and Primavera scheduling software; and 5) Developing and delivering detailed high-level briefings to other government professionals while collaborating, coordinating, building, and maintaining relationships within and outside current division/department/organization.
