Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the job elements and screen out listed below. This job has a screen-out element which will be used to determine minimum eligibility for this job. The Screen-out Element for this position is: ABILITY TO LEAD OR SUPERVISE: Serve as a Fabric Worker Supervisor responsible for management and technical direction of shop operations including planning work direction and administration and management required to support steady state operations. Provide technical direction over work efforts of subordinates to ensure efficient and effective accomplishment of shop operations. Assign and explain work or tasks to be performed by subordinates. Possess extensive knowledge of the fabric worker trade and the ability to direct related operations. Observe work in progress to ensure work is completed accurately and on time with minimum cost.
