You will serve as a FABRIC WORKER SUPERVISOR in the SAIL LOFT (CODE 351/SHOP 74A), NUCLEAR SUPPORT DIVISION (CODE 350), REPAIR DEPARTMENT (CODE 300) of TRIREFFAC KINGS BAY.

The Screen-out Element for this position is: ABILITY TO LEAD OR SUPERVISE: Serve as a Fabric Worker Supervisor responsible for management and technical direction of shop operations including planning work direction and administration and management required to support steady state operations. Provide technical direction over work efforts of subordinates to ensure efficient and effective accomplishment of shop operations. Assign and explain work or tasks to be performed by subordinates. Possess extensive knowledge of the fabric worker trade and the ability to direct related operations. Observe work in progress to ensure work is completed accurately and on time with minimum cost.
