Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09 through GS-12) grade level or (NM-03) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Directing the position classification program for a federal agency; 2) Resolving complex position management issues by conducting in-depth research and applying rigorous analytical methods to make sound, fact-based decisions; 3) Developing and executing strategic goals to deliver comprehensive position management and classification services aligned with agency-wide objectives; 4) Acting as the subject matter expert for difficult and complex DoD position issues, advising other experts on resolution strategies, interpreting guidance, and proactively implementing interventions.
