You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the PLANNING AND METRICS BRANCH of NAVAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING COMMAND.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Managing interdisciplinary teams consisting of professionals with diverse expertise and experience to ensure seamless execution of the programs; 2) Assessing and prioritizing training and education gaps to identify potential projects and solutions to address them; 3) Identifying, shaping, and developing future requirements and learning standards for workforce improvement; and 4) Maintaining partnerships with academia on training and education initiatives.
