Job Description

The Screen-out Element for this position is: ABILITY TO DO THE WORK WITHOUT MORE THAN NORMAL SUPERVISION I have the ability to independently perform the most difficult and complex tasks including: 1) Perform work involved in disassembly, repair, modification, overhaul, assembly, testing, installation, and maintenance of a variety of complex electrical/electronic and electromechanical systems, equipment, and accessories such as generators, power supplies, inverters, convertors, generator control units, generator converter units, actuators, fans, motors, voltage regulators, fuel indicators, landing gear control and other electrical/electronic items that have been removed from aircraft, missiles, ground support or industrial equipment, ships, tracked or wheeled heavy duty vehicles; 2) Thorough knowledge of electrical theory and knowledge of electronic principles and circuitry; 3) Have a general understanding of basic principles underlying electronics to perform work involved in the routine and repetitive repair, disassembly, modification, assembly, testing, installation, and maintenance of aircraft electrical systems, equipment, and accessories. ???????
