You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the JAGC Organization.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-14) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes duties related to the following: Managing personnel programs, including knowledge of the principles, concepts, and methodology of personnel management analysis using a broad knowledge of the mission, functions, tasks and organizational structure of DoD, DON, the JAGC, and their relationships to each other and other activities; Providing extensive knowledge of Navy and Joint organizational structures, functions, operations, and procedures of Navy staffs, operational units, and sea/shore-based activities, as well as organizational structure, assigned missions, and duties JAGC total force; Demonstrating expert ability to apply analytical techniques to reconcile manpower accounting imbalances, and applying knowledge of the principles of management; Demonstrating the ability to timely execute all military and civilian personnel requirements, programs and integrating and developing strategic plans to support and implement priorities.
