Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying advanced HR principles, concepts, and practices related to all aspects of employee and labor relations programs; 2) Researching and interpreting legal and regulatory program guidance to include case law, USC, CFR, DoD & DON policies, and providing technical guidance and assistance to management; 3) Presenting briefing and/or training sessions to management pertaining to labor/employee relations topics; 4) preparing written responses and analytical materials for a wide range of labor-relations and employee-relations matters.
