Job Summary
You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Public Works Department (PWD) of COMMANDER NAVY INSTALLATION COMMAND.
Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the 11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1. Able to prepare and manage fund requests and funding using Navy and DoD financial systems and software of record.2. Capable to analyze and produce reports that show funding received and obligated across all SICs for Navy and reimbursable customers.3. Familiar and able to use Maximo to manage and track material purchases for Navy and reimbursable customers.4. Capable to use MS Products and other automative data software to create correspondence, charts, spreadsheets and related documentation in the performance of duties as a program analyst.5. Capable to read and interpret regulations, rules and guidance as they apply to management and use of government funds. Note: This information must be FULLY supported in your Resume.
