You will serve as a SUPERVISORY INTERDISCIPLINARY ENGINEER/SCIENTIST in the SEA RANGE SYSTEMS DIVISION, POINT MUGU SEA RANGE DEPARTMENT of NAVAIRWARCENWPNDIV POINT MUGU. This Vacancy Considers the Following Disciplines: GENERAL ENGINEER (0801) PHYSICIST (1310) COMPUTER ENGINEER (1550)
Job Description
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13/14 grade level or NM-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Providing organizational leadership at a test range or similar technical organization, to include workforce performance management, hiring and retention and employee development strategies; 2) Demonstrating ability in managing technical projects and budgets valued greater than $1mil; 3) Demonstrating organizational leadership skills including strategic thinking, innovative problem solving, and customer service.
