Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: (1) Develop, implement and manage a comprehensive emergency management program for the installation and all tenant activities; (2) Plan, monitor and respond to natural and man-made disasters such as destructive weather and chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and high yield explosive (CBRNE) incidents; (3) Provide Emergency Management information, advice, and assistance to the installation Commanding Officer on emergency management matters; (4) Operate the Emergency Operation Center (EOC); (5) Review and draft emergency management directives, publications, regulations, and correspondence in order to take appropriate initial and follow-on action to identify, abate, and correct deficiencies; (6) Participates in management and coordination of the installation Emergency Management Working Group.
