Job Summary
You will serve as a AUDIOVISUAL PRODUCTION SPECIALIST in the Office of Strategic Communications (OSC) of NCIS. All Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) positions are in the excepted service. Job Description
GS-13 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: mastering of the principles, practices, methods, and techniques of audiovisual communication to effectively communicate information through the creation, scripting, directing, filming, editing, and finalizing of audiovisual products for a range of uses, including entertainment, public education, and training and development; and Engaging professionally with broadcast media representatives and public affairs professionals and working with websites and social media.
