You will serve as a SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (INFOSEC/NETWORK) in the Security Management Department of NAVAL COMP TELCOM STA GUAM.

The ability to select, acquire, store, or distribute an organization's resources in the most efficient way possible. Such resources may include materials, equipment, financial resources, inventory, human skills, production resources, or information technology (IT). 2. The ability for long-term strategic planning of IT and network infrastructure (5-25 years) by interpreting DoD policy and forecasting future needs. 3. Ability to analyze current systems, identifies deficiencies, conducts feasibility studies, and recommends the most cost-effective solutions. They also investigate specific network and security issues and provide policy guidance to leadership. 4. Engineers and manages military communication system projects, from initial design and contracting to final implementation, ensuring all work meets military standards and integrates with other agencies. 5. the ability to analyze customer IT requests, defining their requirements through interviews and site visits, and recommending the most cost-effective solutions.
