You will serve as a SUPPLY TECHNICIAN in the NAVAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING COMMAND of CENTER FOR SUBMARINE.
Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Knowledge of supply system structure, regulations, policies, procedures, and automated processing systems relative to determining budget requirements, material research, requisitioning, follow-up, and receipt of materials and equipment; 2) Knowledge of property and inventory management procedures and techniques necessary to determine requirements, storage capacity/capability, conduct inventories, replenish material, and disposition excess/obsolete material; AND 3) Ability to present and articulate supply related projects, programs, initiatives in a meeting whether formal or informal relative to funding levels and status updates of critical supply items, shipping, receiving, and property functions.
