Job Summary

You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the OFFICE OF COMMANDING AND EXECUTIVE OFFICER of NAVAL FACILITIES ENG COMMAND MARIANAS. This position is also subject to a Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) currently set at 11.88%. COLA is subject to change without notice.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing or advising on budget administration activities such as preparing and defending budget estimates, reviewing budget requests; tracking obligations and expenditures, developing and interpreting budget policies; analyzing cost-benefit options for financial management, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory budget controls, and recommending effective methods for acquiring; using funds to support organizational programs and activities; applying financial management concepts, policies, and procedures to successfully meet agency goals; reviewing and approving financial transactions to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies and laws; providing financial management expertise, leadership, and technical advice.
