You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST (RRL)in the Carrier Training Department (N7) of COMMANDER NAVAL AIR PACIFIC.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing and evaluating program data to plan and execute comprehensive studies, analyze findings, and propose effective recommendations to leadership by utilizing personnel and training systems that improve technical operating efficiencies.
