Job Summary
You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Undersea Warfare Division of IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.
Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent program analyst experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing the Navy Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) and Program Objective Memorandum (POM) processes; 2) Applying knowledge of operational characteristics, employment doctrine and techniques, and weapon selection criteria for Undersea Warfare torpedoes and other weapons; 3) Evaluating torpedo programmatic information and providing recommendations based off analysis; 4) Translating requirements to technical specifications and/or requirement management; And 5) Demonstrating experience with Undersea platforms and programs and/or submarine launched torpedo programs.
