Job Description
FOR THE GS-12: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with administration of labor management agreements; grievance processing; and experienced as chief negotiator. Experience providing advice on and preparing corrective and adverse actions; representation or technical representation of third party actions; and performance management. Experience conducting review and interpretation of applicable law, regulation, and policy on various human resources subjects. for the GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience assisting with the administration of labor management agreements and grievance processing.
