Job Summary

You will serve as an INTEGRATED PRODUCT SUPPORT(WEAPONS SYSTEMS PLANNING) PROGRAM MANAGER in the Strategic Planning Division of NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING SYSTEMS COMMAND.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Advising senior leadership at the department/enterprise level (e.g. Flag and General Officers and Senior Executive Service) on facility and infrastructure in support of Weapons Platform acquisitions and organizational management topics, including budget and human capital; (2) Evaluating and improving organizational effectiveness and efficiencies via internal management controls, such as staffing recommendations, spend plans, checklists, performance management and customer satisfaction; (3) Developing internal policies and operating procedures; (4) Developing and delivering detailed internal briefings, executive level briefings, and briefings to other agencies and military services; (5) Managing strategic planning and business process initiatives; (6) Leading cross-functional teams; (7) Providing program/project management, technical oversight and/or development of Infrastructure and facility project planning.
