You will serve as a Training Specialist (SUW) in the Operations and Training Directorate of TACTRAGRULANT.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Examples of experience may include: 1. Extensive experience in Surface Warfare operations at the tactical level; 2. Experience in combat forces maritime operations at the Warfare Commander level to include Joint/Coalition integration; 3. Understanding of complex synthetic wargame scenario development, being able to create realistic and challenging scenarios to meet established training objectives; 4. Must have mastery of current learning and instruction principles to include effective communications, group discussion facilitation, instructional format, and be comfortable briefing large, diverse training audiences.
