You will serve as a DEPUTY PUBLIC WORKS OFFICER in the PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT of DEPARTMENT OF THE NAVY.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Managing all business aspects including budgets, human resources, business rules, regulatory requirements, labor relations and administrative requirements; 2) Monitoring the implementation of programs and decisions to maintain and improve effective organizational management; 3) Developing creative, technically sound solutions to problems not remedied by standard, pre-defined processes; 4) Advising senior military staff on best course(s) of action for optimal delivery of all products and services; and 5) Managing a broad range of facilities services using military command structure, missions, programs, and organizational relations. **NOTE** This information must be clearly supported in your resume.
