You will serve as a Program Manager for the Integrated Product Team of NAVAL AIR SYSTEM COMMAND HQ-OSF.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Security Cooperation Experience with all phase of case lifecycle to include Technology Security and Foreign Disclosure 2) Knowledge of the key activities and documentation requirements of each phase of the acquisition life cycle. 3) Superior analytical skills to analyze audit reports, legislative material, regulations, directives, etc., to develop and promulgate effective policy/implementing guidance; 4) Experience working on a Security Cooperation program 5) Managing software development and deployment though total life cycle management, making recommendations on administrative, management and /or policy reform matters.
