You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the PLANS, PROGRAMS AND REQUIREMENTS DEPARTMENT of NAVOCEANO BAY ST LOUIS.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Mastery experience of program, requirements, and resource management. Experience with naval system processes, data acquisition systems, and their application to warfare areas. Experience in analytical techniques, including capabilities assessments, business case analyses, gap/risk analyses, and the development of performance metrics to support senior leadership decision-making. Experience with Program policy developmental and interpersonal skills interpreting broad directives to develop program policies, lead change with little guidance, and interact effectively with personnel at all levels, from subordinate staff to senior leadership. Experience communicating effectively, both orally and in writing, including justifying, defending, and negotiating controversial issues in formal presentations to high-level officials.
