The Screen-out Element for this position is: Knowledge of sling types (e.g., wire rope, chain, synthetic), inspection standards, load capacities, and safety factors. The ability to identify defects or hazards and effective communication, recordkeeping skills, and compliance with safety regulations. Perform a wide variety of complex inspections.
