You will serve as a Supervisory Security Specialist as part of the Command Staff of NAVSUP FLC PEARL HARBOR.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private sector, demonstrating an in-depth knowledge and experience in leading security teams within the federal government or at the senior organizational management level, including training and developing employees, managing performance, and oversight of all facets of the Security Program. Demonstrating detailed experience in drafting and enforcing security policy, managing emergency response procedures, conducting security risk assessments, and collaborating with local and federal agencies. Experience also includes ensuring compliance with personnel security, information security, industrial security, and force protection standards, policy and regulations and in addition functions as the principal advisor to the Commanding Officer, Executive Officer, Executive Director and senior management on all matters pertaining to security.
