You will serve as a SAFETY & OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH MANAGER (INSTRUCTOR) in the SAFETY BRANCH of NAVAL HISTORY AND HERITAGE COMMAND.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying Department of Defense (DoD), Department of the Navy (DoN), and OSHA regulations to manage SOH programs, ensure workplace compliance, and protect life, health, and property; 2) Conducting comprehensive hazard analyses, risk assessments, and formal mishap investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions; 3) Developing and implementing SOH program policies, procedures, and training for a diverse workforce (military and/or civilian); 4) Advising organizational leadership on technical SOH issues and providing recommendations for risk management decisions.
