You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division of NAVTESTWINGLANT NWCF. The F-35 Lightning II Program is bringing cutting-edge technology to the battlespace of the future and providing asymmetrical advantage to today's warfighters across the glove. With technologically advanced airframe, logistics, avionics and propulsion systems, this multi-role fighter jet is the world's foremost stealthy, lethal, supportable and survivable aircraft to dominate the sky.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DA-05 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Conducting project management processes, including project planning, cost estimation and analysis, scheduling, and contract administration. 2) Managing facilities and infrastructure. 3) Managing resources and programs including personnel, facilities, and funding in areas such as aircraft operations, physical security, information security, infrastructure, property management, and contract administration. 4) Demonstrating ability in administration, critical thinking, creating, collecting, organizing and reporting technical and management information. 5) Communicating effectively, both orally and in writing, and exercising diplomacy in working with military, civil service, and contractor personnel to accomplish tasks in a timely manner. 6) Formulate and presenting findings, briefings, project papers, status reports, and correspondence to foster understanding and acceptance of findings and recommendations. 7) Utilizing Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams, Share Point. and 8) Understanding of aircraft program lifecycles and maintenance policies.
