Job Summary
You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST. This position is located in the Department of the Navy Office of Force Resiliency, (DON OFR) which is an element of the Assistant Secretary of the Navy Manpower and Reserve Affairs (ASN M&RA).
Job Description
GS-14 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience developing and implementing policy and guidance related to sexual assault, sexual harassment, suicide prevention and response, family violence and/or integrated prevention. Experience implementing prevention and response programs and initiatives and advising leadership on long-term and short-term strategic program goals. Experience coordinating and integrating updated policy throughout agency through programs, trainings, and documents. GS-13 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with reviewing, revising, and advising on policy and guidance related to sexual assault, sexual harassment, suicide prevention and response,family violence and/or integrated prevention. Experience overseeing projects and initiatives that impact the agency's approach to prevention and response. Experience liaising with internal and external agencies to support and recommend policy changes related to prevention and response efforts.
