You will serve as a PROGRAM MANAGER in the Technical Director's Staff, Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO), of NAVOCEANO BAY ST LOUIS.

GS-14 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience program management by demonstrating expert knowledge in coordinating complex requirements and optimizing resource allocation. Experience targeted engagement and recruiting through a proven track record of executing strategic outreach and high-impact talent acquisition activities. Experience analytical skills and data interpretation by applying technical techniques-such as business case and gap/risk analyses-to develop performance metrics that drive senior leadership decision-making. Experience program policy development and interpersonal mastery by interpreting broad directives into actionable policy, leading change independently, and communicating effectively with stakeholders at every level.
