Job Summary
You will serve as an Administrative Officer (N1) in the NAVAVNFCSTCEN.
Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience and knowledge of supervisory principles and techniques, including performance management, employee development, and conflict resolution, to effectively lead and manage a diverse administrative team of civilians and military. Experience and knowledge of personnel and pay administration regulations, policies, and procedures to manage all personnel actions, ensure accurate and timely processing of military pay, evaluations, and awards, and serve as the primary liaison with Personnel Support Activity Detachments. Experience overseeing a broad range of administrative functions, including supervision of staff, management of budgets, and coordination of internal and external administrative issues. Experience and knowledge of Navy records management directives and policies to manage the Command's records management program, ensuring compliance, efficient reporting, and effective records disposition. Experience and knowledge of civilian personnel administrative processes and a strong working relationship with FLTHRO to serve as the primary Civilian Administrative Support liaison, ensuring all actions are performed in accordance with established policies and procedures. Experience and knowledge of process improvement methodologies and risk management principles to proactively identify and implement enhancements to departmental efficiency, productivity, and the quality of administrative services, while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.
