Job Summary

You will serve as an IT Program Manager (PLCYPLN) in the Command Information Office (CIO) Directorate of NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING SYSTEMS COMMAND.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following: 1) Applying project management principles that include cost, schedule, resources, reporting and data analysis; 2) Researching, extracting and using data to analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of systems, business processes, and management controls; 3) Interpreting policy and translating policies into achievable actions; 4) Applying knowledge of DoN missions, priorities, and programs, as well as programs and functions of subordinate activities in order to review and coordinate planning and implementation actions enterprise wide; 5) Preparing and presenting fact-based findings and recommendations and/or selling and implementing new ideas and concepts to senior leadership and CIO support line leadership; and 7) Applying expertise in telecommunication technologies to support an enterprise with recommendations for existing systems and planning upgrades. In addition, your resume must show expertise in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
