You will serve as a FACILITY OPERATIONS SPECIALIST in the INFRASTRUCTURE SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Serving as a technical advisor on facilities operations and maintenance matters; 2) Monitoring and evaluating facility programs, projects, and contractor performance; 3) Reviewing facility plans, proposals, and cost estimates and providing recommendations; and 4) Conducting facility assessments and identifying deficiencies or problem areas.
