You will serve as a SUPV HR SPECIALIST (RECRUITMENT & PLACEMENT/COMPENSATION) in the Talent Acquisition and Staffing West Directorate of OFFICE OF CIVILIAN HUMAN RESOURCES OPERATIONS.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing advice and guidance on staffing/recruitment or compensation methods and procedures, to include assessing and developing Human Resources (HR) work methods or processes while ensuring compliance with Federal Human Resource laws or regulations.
