Job Summary
You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the USW Combat Systems Business Operations Office, Code 2501, of NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV NEWPORT RI. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-5 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-13 and GS-14. The NT-4 pay pad encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-11 and GS-12.
Job Description
TO QUALIFY FOR NT-05: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing comprehensive budget analysis, expenditure tracking, and financial data compilation delivering accurate financial reporting, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies, contributing to program execution through detailed analysis while utilizing Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) and Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW). TO QUALIFY FOR NT-04: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower NT-03 (GS-09/10 equivalent) pay band in Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and evaluating financial data for budget forecasting, planning and formulation in accordance with financial regulations and policies while utilizing Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) and Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW).
