Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Recommending manpower strategies and policies based on and influenced by budget, workforce requirements and projects, DoN goals, and mission needs and; 2) Utilizing principles, practices and methods of manpower to determine whether obligations, expenditures and requested allotments are within FTE limitations and; 3) Identifying and analyzing quantitative data in order to relate the efficiency and effectiveness of program operations and substantive program support functions.
