Job Summary

You will serve as a Department Management Specialist in the Corporate Operations Department of NSWC PHILA DIV. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-3 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-09 and GS-10. The NT-4 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-11 and GS-12.

Job Description

For the NT-03: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band NT-02 (GS-05 through GS-08 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the public or private sector providing administrative support to programs to improve program efficiency and effectiveness. For the NT-04: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band NT-03 (GS-9/10 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the public or private sector analyzing programs to improve program efficiency and effectiveness.
