Job Summary
You will serve as a Supervisory Program Analyst within IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.
Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized program analyst experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate performing duties such as the following: Utilizing both the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and Department of War requirements processes; Understanding satellite communications (SATCOM) concepts, types of orbits, and military SATCOM systems; Applying knowledge of the electromagnetic spectrum, waveform properties, and the advantages and disadvantages of the different military bands; Demonstrating experience with SATCOM teleport sites, SATCOM gateways, and SATCOM operations; Understanding of Naval afloat line-of-sight and beyond-line-of-sight communications, to include voice and data; and Performing leadership functions such as problem solving, coalition building, transforming processes, and driving performance.
