Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 pay band or equivalent grade levels (GS-11/12) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: As a Professional Accountant applying accounting regulations, policies, and practices by analyzing financial scenarios and budget execution to identify and resolve financial issues affecting financial management systems.
