You will serve as a ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN in the Public Works Department of NAV FACILITIES ENGINEERING COMMAND SE.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: .1) Preparing designs, specifications, engineering layout, and cost estimation recommendations for construction projects across multiple engineering disciplines; 2) Performing redesign and design modifications of systems; 3) Preparing technical engineering specifications and statements of work covering complex technical engineering design or engineering changes for contract bid solicitations; and 4) Supporting the planning, developing, implementing, maintaining, and administering of contracts for construction and maintenance of Public Works facilities.
