You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the COMPTROLLER GROUP/BUDGET FORM JUSTIFICATION and EXECUTION DEPARTMENT of NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 pay band or (GS-12/13) grade level or in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Examples of experience: 1) Master concepts, principles, practices, laws, and regulations of budgeting and/or financing and their relation to subordinate and senior levels; 2) Developing, recommending and implementing budgetary/financial policies: 3) Interpreting, assessing and projecting potential impact of new/revised Congressional legislation; 4) Analyzing, reviewing, and interpreting financial execution data and resolving variances; 5) Communicating clearly both orally and in writing for the purpose of providing information and guidance to management or customers at all levels.
