Job Summary
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY CONTRACT SPECIALIST in the Contracting Branch of the Resident Officer in Charge of Construction (ROICC) at PWD South Potomac/Dahlgren Division of NAVAL FAC ENGINEERING CMD WASH.
Job Description

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Performing/overseeing the full range of pre and post award contractual actions required in the procurement of construction and A/E contracts. 2) Support Small and Disadvantaged Business Programs. 3) Provide administrative and technical guidance/advise/mentorship to staff.4) Communicate, identify, distribute and balance workload and tasks for assigned projects, establishing actionable events, milestones, deadlines and time frames for completion.5) Resolve grievances/employee complaints at the lowest possible level and when necessary, refereeing those that can't be resolved to the appropriate party/resource at HRO..
