You will serve as an ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN (ELECTRICAL) in the Hull, Mechanical and Electrical division of FW DEPLOYED REG MAINT CTR DET BAHRAIN.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of SPECIALIZED experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes: 1) Providing engineering guidance in areas such as, design, maintenance, testing, safety, and structural ship equipment and coating systems, to resolve technical issues; AND 2) Partnering with stakeholders such as ship's crew, contractors, Fleet Maintenance Activities (FMA) workers, and maintenance team members to provide instructions and recommendations on the development of ship repairs; AND 3) Analyzing engineering test results to provide technical guidance on depot level ship work and testing; AND 4) Communicating technical engineering information to senior engineers, project managers, technicians and, or maintenance team personnel to provide status updates of current projects.
