Job Summary
You will serve as an INTERDISCIPLINARY OPERATIONS RESEARCH ANALYST/DATA SCIENTIST in the Air Systems Group of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.
Job Description
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12/13) or pay band (DP-04) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional OPERATIONS RESEARCH ANALYST/DATA SCIENTIST. Specialized experience includes: 1) Demonstrates hands-on experience deploying or managing services within an AWS environment on specific projects, shows understanding of core services (e.g., EC2, S3). 2) Clearly describes experience translating complex technical strategies to both technical teams and non-technical leaders. 3) Experience architecting data pipelines or analytics solutions that integrate multiple NAVAIR data source, Understands the complexities of the NAVAIR data ecosystem. 4) Details experience leading complex technical projects (e.g., data migration, system integration), including planning, risk management, and full lifecycle responsibility.
