Job Summary
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN) in the Corporate Operations Department (10), ACIO/Information Technology (IT) Division (104), Information Technology Management Customer Services (1042) of NAVSURFWARCEN IH DIV. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-05 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-13 and GS-14. This position may be eligible for Supervisory Pay Differential of up to four (4) percent.
Job Description
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower band, NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: developing and implementing Information Technology (IT) policies and procedures for management of IT services, cost, or resources to ensure IT compliance and maintain effectiveness and efficiency of IT programs, systems, or platforms for an organization. Your experience must reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
