You will serve as a Financial Management Analyst of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Financial Management Analyst specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector applying a knowledge of budgetary and financial policies, procedures, and regulations. I have experience identifying, analyzing and resolving a range of financial and budgetary problems such as the development of alternative methods of funding; formulation of budget estimates for programs; and adjusting financial policies in which requirements have changed. Specialized experience must demonstrate performing the following duties: 1) Analyzing and recommending costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of programs and administrative operations; 2) Interpreting budgetary/accounting policies and practices to resolve technical and operational problems with retail procurement procedures; 3) Presenting and defending budget reports and estimates to senior leadership; 4) Establishing, monitoring, and validating financial management commitments and obligations.
