You will serve as a Program Analyst of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.

Job Description

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: .Examples of Specialized experience include: 1) Planning, budgeting and coordination efforts to meet program objectives and achieve program cost, schedule and performance goals; 2) Providing expert guidance and making recommendations to higher level management, team leads, and team members concerning the identification and resolutions of a wide variety of critical and or difficult work issues within the commands functional areas. 3) Understanding of contract clauses based on laws, policy, and procedures while providing technical direction and clarification to contract specifications included in the statement of work. 4) Developing, recommending, and directing the preparation of policies, milestones, and operating procedures and methods for use across teams within command core functional areas..
